Competition Terms: GoWish / Ønskeskyen (Sweden and Norway)

1. Organiser

Competitions in the GoWish/Ønskeskyen app, on gowish.se and on onskeskyen.no (“the Competition” or “the Competitions”) are organised by Ønskeskyen ApS, CVR no. 41284366, Amerika Plads 19, 3., 2100 København Ø, Denmark (“we”, “us” or “GoWish/Ønskeskyen”). The Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple, Google, Instagram or Facebook.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to all Competitions we organise in our channels, including social media, in Sweden and Norway, unless otherwise stated for a specific Competition. For each Competition, the app states the competition period, the number of draws and winners, any entry conditions, and the type and value of the prize. By entering a Competition, you accept these terms.

3. Who can enter?

Anyone who lives in Sweden or Norway and has in below period created a new user profile at GoWish/Ønskeskyen can enter. You must be at least 15 years old. Our employees and members of their household cannot enter.

4. How to enter

No purchase or stake is required. To take part in the draw, you must:

have created your profile between 1 and 30 November 2026
have a new GoWish/Ønskeskyen user profile
have created at least one wish list

When you meet the conditions, you are automatically entered in all remaining draws in the competition period in your country. Each person can enter with one profile only.

5. Prizes

The prize in the Competition is a gift card. Unless otherwise stated, the prize is a GoGift gift card worth SEK 10,000 in Sweden and NOK 10,000 in Norway. The value is stated in the app for each Competition. The gift card is sent by email.

The prize is personal, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash. GoGift’s terms as applicable from time to time apply to the gift card, including any validity period and restrictions on use.

6. Draw and winners

Every Monday during the competition period, 10 winners in Sweden and 10 winners in Norway are selected by a random draw among all eligible participants in each country. Each person can win only once. Anyone who has already won does not take part in later draws in the same Competition.

Winners are contacted in the app or by email using the contact details linked to their profile. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, the right to the prize lapses and a new winner is drawn. Our draw is final and cannot be appealed. With the winner’s consent, the winner’s first name or username may be published in our channels.

7. Tax

Any tax or social security obligations resulting from the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.

8. Personal data

When you enter a Competition, we process your personal data to administer the Competition, check eligibility, carry out the draw, contact winners and deliver prizes. To deliver the prize, we share the winner’s name and contact details with GoGift, which issues and sends the gift card. The processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy: gowish.se/se/privacy-policy (Sweden) and onskeskyen.no/no/privacy-policy (Norway).

9. Cheating and exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude participants who:

cheat or manipulate a Competition
enter with more than one profile
create fake profiles
use automated tools
otherwise breach these terms or our terms of use

Creating empty, fictitious or duplicate profiles or wish lists solely to enter a Competition is not allowed. We may review participation if misuse is suspected. A winner who is found to have breached the terms may have the prize withdrawn.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for technical errors, interruptions or other circumstances beyond our control that affect the possibility of entering a Competition. We are also not responsible for errors or defects attributable to GoGift after the prize has been delivered.

11. Changes and cancelled Competitions

We may change these terms for future Competitions. For an ongoing Competition, the terms published when the Competition started apply. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Competition in case of technical problems, suspected extensive cheating or other circumstances beyond our control. If a Competition is cancelled, the draw will, if possible, be carried out among the participants who entered before the cancellation.
